Sixth grade students from St. Anselm achieved distinctionafter participating in The Noetic Learning Math Contest this spring.Thecontest, open to elementary and middle school students, assesses problemsolving through a twenty-question paper test. This spring, 34,055students from 776 schools participated. Gavin Sheppard won the National Honor Roll Medal placing in the top 10% of all participants inhis grade. He also won the Team Winner Medal as the highest scorer ofthe Saint Anselm team. Classmates Vanessa Sheppard and Sam Gordon each earnedthe National Honorable Mention award scoring in the top quarter ofstudents in their respective grade. Bravo, Spartans!
